Products and orders

Check the product description, size, price and delivery information before ordering. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. If you notice an error, email us promptly. Product photographs may display colours differently on different screens; goods must still match their description.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Applicable charges and delivery costs are displayed before you pay. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply.

Delivery and returns

Delivery arrangements and estimates will be provided before purchase. Unless a different period is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days. Contact us about delayed or missing orders. Trainer and Co remains responsible for resolving your order issues even when a supplier dispatches the goods.
