Next working day UK delivery

Standard delivery to United Kingdom addresses costs £4.99. Standard delivery is free on orders of £200 and over. The qualifying order value is the merchandise total after discounts, excluding delivery charges. Your delivery charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Next working day delivery is available on UK orders placed before 4pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 4pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day for delivery on the following working day. Orders are fulfilled through our UK supplier and sent using Royal Mail tracked delivery.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Next working day delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays. Carrier delays may occasionally affect arrival; contact us if your order is delayed.

Tracking and delivery details

Tracking details will be provided when available after dispatch. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, email trainerandcouk@gmail.com promptly; changes may not be possible once an order is dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, or arrives damaged, contact trainerandcouk@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and carrier and resolve the issue in line with your consumer rights. Your rights are not limited to the carrier's insurance cover.

Delivery area and returns

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not currently offered. For cancellations and returns, please see our Refund Policy.
